Sunshine Ladies are in integral part of El Campo Memorial Hospital. They have been involved with the local hospital for more than 25 years and can usually be found as greeters, working around the hospital, shredding paper or selling newspapers.

They also hold fundraisers during the year. Money from these fundraisers is used to purchase needed hospital equipment. The Sunshine Ladies also play a vital role in helping to decorate the hospital, both inside and out.
