James R. Hayes, M.D. is proud to announce the expansion of his Victoria clinic to

El Campo! Dr. Hayes will see patients in Suite 220 of the Mid Coast Medical Clinic Professional Building on Tuesday afternoons.

After graduating from the University of Houston, Dr. Hayes earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He is Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and he is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Hayes serves as Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Medical Branch, and he is also the Medical Director of the Victoria UTMB Clinic.

Dr. Patrick Johnson

Board Certified American Board of Family Practice

Dr. Johnson’s  practice started on September 10, 2007. His office is located at Mid Coast Medical Clinic.

Dr. Johnson received his Medical Degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine, Grenada, West Indies and completed his Family Practice Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas in conjunction with Montgomery County Medical Education Foundation in Conroe, Texas.  Dr. Johnson will accept patients of all ages, Medicare/Medicaid and most health insurances. He looks forward to providing quality healthcare to patients in El Campo and surrounding areas.

Dr. Johnson has Texas roots being born in Houston and most recently practiced in Eldorado, Texas. He has recently moved to Louise with his wife, Lisa and five children.  Dr. Johnson is excited to live in the area and have his children attend Louise ISD. The Johnsons also have two grown children off at college. Please help us welcome Dr. Patrick Johnson and his family to our area!

Dr. Dowling covers all aspects of Orthopedic Surgery and has a special interest in the upper extremities (hands, elbows, shoulders). His education includes graduation from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois (Medical School), New York Medical College and St. Vincent’s Medical Center in New York, New York (Transitional and General Surgery Internship and Orthopaedic Surgery Residency) and University of California at Davis in Sacramento, California (Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship) which consisted of one additional year of specialized training.

Dr. Dowling was born in Springfield, Illinois and has been practicing in Texas for over a decade. He currently practices in Bay City and is eager to join our team in El Campo at Mid Coast Medical Clinic.
